Services and Rates

Jennifer offers both in-person and telehealth options for all services. Most insurance companies will provide full or partial coverage for services below unless otherwise noted.

Diagnostic Assessment

$175(55 min in-person plus 30 min. for written assessment)

Clinician conducts a thorough diagnostic assessment during initial session with client. This allows for clinician to accurately diagnose client and determine services, treatment goals, and treatment plans.

Individual Therapy

$125 per session (55 min)

Individual therapy, also called psychotherapy or talk therapy, is a process through which clients work with clinician one-on-one in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Many insurance companies allow for reimbursement for individual therapy when a clinicial diagnosis has been determined by the clinician.

Parent and/or Client Consultation

$40 -$60 per session (20-30 min)

Parent and/or client consultation provides time to speak with the clinician outside of regularly scheduled sessions. Due to the nature of therapy sessions, any phone calls or other discussions outside of the regular session that last longer than 20 minutes will be considered a consultation appointment.

Executive Functioning Skills Sessions

$100 per session (45 min)

Students and adults alike often struggle with accomplishing tasks in our increasingly fast-paced, chaotic society. Executive functioning skills sessions help to improve the mental processes and establish positive behaviors around EF skills, including organization, time management, task initiation, attentional control, and self-monitoring. This differs from traditional individual therapy because the focus is on tangible actions and strategies, whereas mental health therapy delves into emotions, past experiences, and trauma.

**This type of session is not typically covered by insurance providers.
